I stopped taking Kratom on Thu

I stopped taking Kratom on Thursday. I was really off center with my schedule. I was still taking low amount of it because I believe less is more, but some how my sleeping patterns had gotten really messed up.

I reset by stopping for three days. This wasn't very difficult and it proves the lack of addiction to the leaf as a chemical, but I still believe mentally someone could get addicted to anything (sex, abuse, coffee, chocolate...)

Yesterday around 3pm I couldn't take the pain and chewed two leaves. After 60 minutes, the main subsided, there was some areas of my body which still had pain but it was minimal.

Last night was the first good night of sleep in three days. I slept all the way through the night as compared to waking up at 3am and 4am on the previous mornings, not feeling well rested at all and causing me to go back to bed at 6am to get more sleep.

This morning I feel well rested, centered and reset.

I still have some pain which I can't explain. I'm going to the doctor's this week to see if I pulled a muscle in my rib cage. I had worked out for the first time in a year with a trainer, which might be related to it.

To any Kratom users, especially first timers, learn the cycle on and off. I find it very important to learn when you need it and when you don' t need it.

I have a question for all the

I have a question for all the growers.

If you are using the Ruth Stout method of growing organic trees, have you considered planting other trees near the Kratom which would make them for efficient?

I have seen research on how the forestry people learned to stop planting the same trees row after row. It is far better to have a forest with 3-4 species of trees.

Trees grow stronger, larger, and use the other trees to fight off infections. They also share resources.

I realized last night that Kratom doesn't cure everything with pain. I was at home when my daughter was playing piano. I have difficulty staying near the room when she is playing unless I'm wearing special noise blocking headphones.

I usually leave and did so last night because it was causing a headache. It was then I realized, (lol), that Kratom doesn't help with tinnitus.

And Now... Some Good News Abou

And Now... Some Good News About Opportunities in our Changing Economy

I love to write. Looking back on my personal history, I've been largely successful at pointing out where society and governments were leading us to a bad end.

This probably saved my life and preserved my health, but it restricted my income potential.

Recognizing, based on Biblical, philosophical, and commonsense principles, where our government was destroying the lives of many of my generation in a war that was doomed to fail -- and wasting a great deal of national good-will and wealth -- was something I was good at, as long as I didn't share my views publicly.

Now, times have changed somewhat. When you point out that the "Emperor's New Clothes are a naked, deadly fallacy" it's not wise to openly publish your thoughts.

The First Amendment right of Freedom of Speech is largely ignored and those who speak the truth are likely to be censored, if not entirely canceled.

The new regime and their favorite, approved business partner -- Big Pharma -- will come after you.

So, I'm torn between wanting to be widely read... and wanting to live a quiet, healthy life, free to do what I please (which takes a lot of money, these days and even more in the future).

I've always liked the business concept of finding a way to get paid handsomely for doing something I love and sharing that knowledge with those who are looking for a simple, proven path to feeling your best and earning what you're truly worth.

I'm tired of talking about what's wrong in the world -- and most people don't want to hear it, anyway.

If you would like to be part of a movement where those you work with have an incentive to help you succeed -- rather than compete with you -- here it is.

What's that old saying? -- "Don't curse the darkness, light a candle!" This is a timely opportunity, for those who are seeking one. Check it out. Join us, if you like what you see!

We Are, Most of Us, Designed t

We Are, Most of Us, Designed to Be Healthy -- So What's Causing So Much Ill-Health?

Most causes of illness and eventually death are self-inflicted. This is especially true for Type-2 diabetics, which in the USA has traditionally been blamed on a diet too rich in refined carbohydrates and fats.

We, who for various reasons, are susceptible to a craving for sugary foods, alcohol, and/or refined flour products, are told we should quit these items and get more exercise, but we aren't informed by most MDs what is missing in our diet that is causing our problem.

When we look around us, most are able to consume these foods and drinks and apparently aren't harmed, but -- looking at the longer-term resulting weight gain almost all those on this Westernized mass-produced processed diet -- we find we all are at risk.

So, what can we do about this slow "death-by-improper-diet?

Not only is it hard to diagnose the cause, but it's hard to quit the foods that are causing us the metabolic/cognitive problems, when these foods are hard to avoid.

"After all, we must eat something" we tell ourselves -- and sales messages like this one (below) are everywhere and sugars are known to be more habit-forming than cocaine."

Here's an ad that highlights the subliminal programming the sugar (a legal drug for children everywhere) industry used on me today: "#MMsTogether: This year we’re proving almost any situation can be better with M&M’S."

Using willpower alone is not sufficient to prevent us from relapsing. What I've found -- the missing ingredients in our modern mass-produced processed foods -- are the trace minerals Chromium and Vanadium, plus the other essential co-factors in a balanced supplement formula, are what my body was missing.

There are herbs, among them kratom, which will (together with the above-mentioned full-spectrum nutrients) help release us from carb-addiction. It doesn't surprise me that kratom is a traditional medicinal herb for those Thai peasants who develop diabetes.

It has always been surprising to me that the U.S. FDA chooses to "gaslight" kratom by calling it a "legal high" -- a practice which misleads those with abusive tendencies to (not surprisingly) abuse kratom, take absurd quantities, get violently nauseous, and rush to the Emergency Room, producing another statistic the FDA can point to in its campaign to prohibit kratom use.

My point is: We have a Food Industry that produces unhealthy, nutrient-deficient foods and our Medical Industry, for the most part, knows little about how this "defective" food causes our many illnesses, so they don't inform us.

This is "good business" for Big Pharma, because it prevents most people from learning how simple & inexpensive good health could be if the Public only had access to correct information about scientific nutrition, including facts about the healthy uses of herbs! (Ah, but there's no money for Pharma in that!)

The first month has been good.

The first month has been good. I'm settling in to a routine. I've mixed up my usage between fresh leaves, tea and capsules. I'm trying ten days on, two days off.

There is a bit of anxiety when I'm off the cycle. I compare it to a sugar rush withdrawal. I notice the pain and the stiffness. The anxiety will pass after 6-8 hours, so I try to time my cycle so that I'm going to sleep when I'm on the tail end of it. This enables me to sleep most of it off.

I've introduced a half dozen people to the leaf for chronic pain relief. Of the people I've helped, all of them have said it is amazing that they can find pain relief with out 1) feeling groggy 2) no high/woozy/altered state of mind 3) no numbness 4) complete control over their day to day functions. Although, some people have stated they noticed changes in their urination or bowl movements.

I have been exercising more, which I hope will lead to weight loss and more flexibility. I need to get back in to yoga, which I had done for over a decade religiously. I think with the combination of the leaf and the new routine I'm on a good path now.

Greetings all. So I have been

Greetings all. So I have been taking clones, dipping in root hormone and sticking in soil with a bag over the whole thing. They do quite well in this set up but I'm wondering how I'll know when they've grown roots? Will they eventually start to put on new leaves thus letting me know that the roots have taken hold and I can now remove the bag?
